How review removal works, in four stages.

We handle the platform for you, from first audit to final answer. The first three stages cost nothing. The invoice comes last, and lists only reviews that are verifiably gone from the live profile.

Works with Google, Trustpilot, Facebook, Yelp and 5 more.

How does Erase Trax’s review removal work?

In four stages. A free audit checks every review against the platform’s published policies; every policy-violating review is then handled for you; the platform decides, and you see where each stands; each removal is verified on the live profile before it is billed. The first three stages cost nothing, and the invoice lists only verified removals.

The four stages

Four stages. The invoice is the last.

Every stage hands you something you can check. The bill waits for the fourth.

  1. A free audit of your profile

You send the link to the profile and tell us which reviews are the problem. A specialist reads every review on it against the published policies of the platform it sits on, and tells you plainly which ones violate them.

Plainly: If nothing on the profile violates policy, the audit says so and that is the end of it. We do not take on cases we expect to lose in order to look busy.

    You get
A written audit: every review, its verdict, the policy it violates, and which cases are strongest.
    Your part
The profile link and, if you have it, anything that shows a reviewer was never a customer.
    Your bill
    Nothing

Violates policy, 5 of 14: A strong case. We take it on, and it costs you nothing unless it comes down.

Borderline, 3 of 14: Lower odds. We tell you so plainly before anything goes ahead.

Stays up, 6 of 14: A fair review breaks no rule. It stays, and we help you write a reply.

  4. Removed. Now you pay.

A removal only counts once the review is gone from the live, public profile. Each one is checked there, not in a dashboard, with a dated screenshot beside the one from your audit, and only then does it reach the invoice.

What we need, and what we never ask for

The audit runs on public information. Send three things. Keep the fourth to yourself.

  • SendThe profile linkThe public page on Google, Trustpilot or wherever the reviews sit.
  • SendWhich reviewsThe ones you believe are fake, spam or from someone who was never a customer.
  • Send, if you have itWhat you knowA booking record, a name that matches nothing, a competitor’s address. Evidence strengthens a case.
  • NeverYour loginWe do not ask for it and we will not accept it. The work never needs it.
Asked every week

The questions we get asked

Four questions, answered straight.

How long does it take?

In short No day count. The platform sets the pace

We do not quote a day count, because we would be guessing. An uncontested case is quicker than a contested one, and every case is decided on the platform’s schedule, not ours. What we can promise is that you will hear from a person within 24 hours when you first write to us, and that you will see progress on every case as it moves.

What if the platform says no?

In short A first no is not the end

A first no is not the end of it — your case stays open until the platform gives its final answer. If that answer is still no, the review stays up and it is not on your bill. We tell you that plainly rather than pretend otherwise.

What if the review is genuine?

In short We do not take it on; we help you reply

Then the audit says so and we do not take it on. A real customer’s fair complaint does not breach any platform’s policy, and trying to remove one puts your own profile at risk. We will help you write a reply instead.

What do I pay if nothing comes down?

In short Nothing

Nothing. The audit is free, and nothing is charged while your case is open or with the platform. The invoice only exists for removals we have verified on the live profile.
