Check us the way you would check anyone.
You should be careful about who you let near your reputation. So rather than ask you to trust Erase Trax, this page lists what to check before hiring any review removal company, with our answer to each. You can test every one of those answers before you pay anything.

Is Erase Trax legit?
Judge us on what you can check before paying anything: the audit is free, there is no upfront fee, we never ask for your login, never post or buy reviews, name the platform policy each review violates, and invoice only removals verified on your live profile. We never guarantee removal, because the platform decides.
Six things you can check for yourself
You do not have to take our word for any of these. Each one is something you will see, or not see, before a single invoice exists.
Nothing is paid upfront
The audit is free and there is no upfront fee or retainer for review removal.
How to checkYou will not be asked for a card before the audit, or before a removal is verified.
How our pricing worksWe never ask for your login
Your accounts stay yours. We never need your login or password, and we will not accept one.
How to checkIf anyone claiming to be us asks for a password, it is not us.
We never post or buy reviews
No fake accounts, no bought reviews, no incentives. Those violate the platforms’ policies and, in the US and UK, the law.
How to checkRead the law in plain words before you hire anyone.
Are fake reviews illegal?Every review gets a named reason
The audit says which platform policy each review violates, or that it violates none and should stay.
How to checkYour written audit names the policy for every review we would take on.
How review removal worksYou can see every removal yourself
A removal is invoiced only once it is verified on your live, public profile, with before-and-after screenshots.
How to checkCheck every line of the invoice against your own profile.
Review removal resultsA person you can reach
By phone in the US and the UK, by email and on WhatsApp. The person who reads your case handles it.

Get your free auditDoes Erase Trax guarantee that reviews will be removed?
No. The platform decides, and nobody can promise its decision. What we guarantee is the pricing: a review that stays up costs you nothing.
Will Erase Trax ask for my Google or Trustpilot login?
No. We never need your login or password, and if anyone claiming to be us asks for one, it is not us.
Is it legal to pay a company to remove reviews?
Yes, when the reviews violate the platform’s published policies and the company plays by the platform’s own rules. Paying anyone to post reviews, or using threats to remove genuine ones, is not.
How do I know a removal is real?
It is verified on your live, public profile before it is invoiced, and you get before-and-after screenshots, so you can check it yourself.
Which countries does Erase Trax work in?
Most clients are in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and the United Arab Emirates.
Will you post, buy or ask for reviews to balance the bad ones?
We never post or buy reviews. Asking your real customers for a review, fairly and with nothing offered in return, is fine, and we can help you do that well.
