Google review removal service in Texas

Free check. No cost upfront. You only pay once a review is gone. Someone types your business into Google and, before they call or visit, scrolls straight to your reviews. A one-star at the top from someone who was never your customer is the review deciding whether you get the call.

In short

Can a fake Google review be removed for a Texas business?

Yes, when it violates one of Google’s policies: it is made up, spam, off-topic, posted with a hidden motive, or abusive. Being harsh is not enough. Erase Trax checks your profile free, takes on the reviews that violate policy, and you pay only once a review is actually gone. Google decides each one.

What it costs you

What a bad review really costs you

Plenty of reviews violate Google’s policies. While one sits on your profile, this is what it takes.

  • You lose the scroll

Most people skip anything under four stars without a second thought.

  • You lose the ranking

Your rating shapes how often Google shows your listing at all. Lower score, fewer eyes.

  • You lose the benefit of the doubt

People decide how they feel about you before they have ever spoken to you.

  • You lose nothing by checking

The audit is free. There is no reason not to find out.

The law in Texas

Is it legal to remove Google reviews in Texas?

Texas has no review law of its own, but a federal one, the Consumer Review Fairness Act, protects honest opinions: a business cannot write a contract that stops a customer posting one. A Dallas appeals court made the same point when it threw out a business’s lawsuit against customers over a bad review. Removing a review that violates Google’s policies is a different thing, and open to any owner.

  • We play by Google’s policies

Some companies bury bad reviews under fake good ones, or sell “removal” that is really just hiding a review. All of it risks getting a profile suspended. We stay far away from it.

  • No shortcuts, ever

Some companies cut corners to move faster. We do the work properly, by Google’s own policies.

  • We only win if you win

No result, no bill. We take the risk, so we are picky about which reviews we take on.

  • You always know what is happening

You can see where each review stands whenever you want, without waiting on an email.

Timing

How long does it take to remove a review?

Obvious violations, like spam, move fast. A fake account built to look real takes more digging, so it can take longer.

  • Spam and obvious violations

The clearest cases are usually the quickest to be decided.

  • Fake accounts built to look real

These take more work to show for what they are, so they run longer.

  • A real read on each review

The free check tells you which kind each review is, not one guess covering everything.

The honest answer

Which Google reviews can actually be removed?

Not because a review is harsh. Only because it violates policy.

Can come down5

  • Made-up reviews. Someone who never bought from you, or a throwaway account made just to hurt your score.
  • Spammy posts. Links, ads, or the same complaint copy-pasted across a dozen unrelated businesses.
  • Reviews that miss the point. Politics, a different city, anything that has nothing to do with your actual business.
  • Reviews with a hidden motive. A competitor, a former employee, anyone with a reason to want you to look worse.
  • Threats or private information. Insults, slurs, or someone’s personal details posted without asking.

Stays up1

  • An honest bad experience, even a harsh one. If a real customer had a bad time and said so, that review stays up, even at one star, and we will not pretend otherwise. If nothing on your profile violates policy, the audit says so and costs nothing.
Who we help

Texas businesses we help

Texas is growing faster than almost anywhere else in the country, and when there are ten businesses doing what you do, your star rating is often the tiebreaker.

  • Restaurants and bars

New places open every month. One fake review sends a hungry customer next door instead.

  • Home builders and contractors

Homeowners check reviews before they ask for a quote. A fake complaint can cost you a job you never knew you lost.

  • Doctors and dentists

New Texans lean on Google reviews because they do not know anyone local to ask. One fake post can bury years of good care.

  • Auto repair shops

Honest work deserves an honest rating, not a review from someone who was never your customer.

  • Real estate agents

People relocate to Texas by the thousands. One misleading review, and the phone just never rings.

  • Moving companies

More people move to Texas than almost anywhere. A fake damage claim can send that business elsewhere in seconds.

  • Hotels and short-term rentals

Guests read reviews before they book anything. One exaggerated one-star, and they book the place next door.

  • Lawyers and financial advisors

People search your name before they dial your number. What comes up should be true.

Working with us

Four stages. You pay at the last one.

Stage 1 of 4

Free audit

Send your Google Business Profile link. We check every review and tell you what is realistically removable. Free, no commitment.

Stage 2 of 4

Case opened

You say go, and we take it from there. Nothing risky, nothing that could get your listing flagged.

Stage 3 of 4

The platform decides

Reviews rarely come down on the first try, and a first no is not the end. You can see where each one stands.

Stage 4 of 4

Removed. Now you pay.

You only pay when a review actually comes down. That is it.

What actually gets a review removed?

It has to violate one of Google’s policies: fake, spam, off-topic, from a rival, or abusive. Being negative alone is not enough.

Will you remove a review just because it is unfair?

No. A real customer sharing a real experience gets to keep it up, even at one star. If nothing is broken, we tell you and it costs nothing.

What does this cost?

The check is free and there is nothing to pay upfront. You are billed only once a review actually comes down, at a price per removal agreed in writing before any work starts.

Can I try reporting a review myself first?

Sure, go for it. Most owner attempts get denied, though, because they do not show that an actual policy was violated.

What if Google says no the first time?

That is common, and it is not the end of the case. If the review still will not come down, you do not pay for that one.

Could this get my profile suspended?

Not from anything we do. Suspensions come from buying reviews or using unreliable tools. Nothing we do puts your profile at risk.

Do you only handle Texas?

No. This page is written for Texas, and we also help businesses across the US, the UK, Canada, Australia and the UAE.
